Chief Executive Officer
As CEO for Eden, Timothy (T.J.) McGinley directs Eden’s operations, financial and payor contracting functions, strategic planning, business development and expansion, including mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. McGinley holds an undergraduate degree in economics, and an advanced degree in healthcare management from Yale University. Prior to joining Eden, Mr. McGinley served as CEO for two of the country’s largest fertility practices and he was President of Hospital Developers and Vice President of Cirrus Health.
Mr. McGinley spent the first ten years of his career working in the actuarial groups at major insurers, WellPoint and Health Net.
Chief Operating Officer
Michael Ruszczynski is responsible for driving Eden’s data and analytics vision, strategy, and execution. He ensures that the department is functioning to enable sustainable business growth and profitability, internal efficiencies through improved data structures, constant data cleanliness and insight, visualization, efficient data governance, and process.
Mr. Ruszczynski holds a doctorate from the University of Rochester Eastman School in both sciences and arts. The past 25 years he has developed a career designing, developing, and managing large data and reporting automation projects for top 5 pharmaceutical companies, major international law firms and investment banks, and other industries as diverse as major Hollywood studios, energy industry construction, advertising, and global merchandising.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Genesi is responsible for spearheading Eden’s business strategy, cash management, banking, accounting, finance, investor relations as well as mergers and acquisitions. He has operational and financial experience in healthcare—especially in the fertility sector. In his last two assignments, he was responsible for significant organizational “turn-arounds” while playing a prominent role building a strong Team.
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Halligan coordinates the synthesis of technologies required to position Eden and network partners with unique strategic advantages.
He holds a B.S. degree in Telecommunications from the University of California, as well as numerous industry certifications and joined Eden with more than 25 years of experience within the IT industry.
Prior to joining Eden, Mr. Halligan worked for one of the country’s largest fertility practices and he has strong experience working at some of the largest law firms in the U.S. Mitch served as IT Director for a large Japanese bank and later as Technical Director of a consulting firm assisting businesses harness technology to improve efficiencies.
Vice President Human Resources
Ms. Smith graduated with an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and has built and led complex scalable and sustainable human capital management environments to achieve enhanced shareholder value with Fortune 100 companies such as General electric.
Some of Gail’s accomplishments include:
Global Strategic Insight/M&A: Drove performance-centric cultures well aligned with business objectives to enhance shareholder value. Spearheaded human capital due diligence and successful cultural integration efforts for numerous mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.
Talent Management/Training & Development: Recruited and retained talent (grew an organization from 3,000 to 40,000 employees in 4 years), and led succession planning to identify and develop high potentials. Developed learning cultures responsive to business needs, including robust leadership development. Built 3 corporate universities.
Compensation & Benefits: Designed and executed numerous performance-based executive incentive plans (deferred compensation, split-dollar, equity, stock options, RSUs and other executive perks) sales commission, and bonus plans with 100% Board approval.
Vice President of Clinical, Education and Compliance
With 15 years of experience in virtually all clinical and most compliance aspects of infertility. Having received a BSN from a Big Ten University, Ms. Johnson is adept at strategically reviewing fertility practices to insure proper provision of patient care and compliance with state and federal guidelines.
For one of the nation’s busiest fertility practices, Kela devised productivity measurement and reporting indices for nurses, ultra-sonographers and phlebotomists. This served to benchmark performance and her work was adopted by one of the largest fertility MSOs.
